Costs
The cost for the week is $975.00.
This covers room, board, and tuition. It does not cover
transportation to Ghost Ranch.
(You will be housed dorm-style--two to a room)
Can I bring someone?
There is limited space available for spouses, significant
others, and families.
The costs for non-seminar attendees for the week are:
Adults - $425
Children under 14 - $212
Children 4 and under - free
Payment Schedule
Step 1. $200 Deposit is due by February 15
Step 2. $500 additional payment is due by April 1
Step 3. Remaining balance is due when you arrive at Ghost Ranch (May 24).
(for spouse/significant others/family, you may skip the Step 2 payment and pay balance when you arrive at Ghost Ranch.

Space is limited to 50 seminar attendees. Spaces will be
filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
(To ensure your space you may sign up right away. Include
your name, address, and email address along with your check.
There will be a handy-dandy electronic signup form in a
matter of days here to help you with the sign up process. An
electronic signup form will also be used to process class
registrations a little later on. (ain't technology
grand?)
Paying with Plastic
We're currently in the process of setting up all that's needed to pay for the Bryce Retreat using plastic (credit card). If this type of arrangement will make the difference whether or not you are able to come to Ghost Ranch (or you simply really really *must* earn those Frequent Flyer miles), send email and I'll keep you posted when credit card processing is fully implemented.
Uh oh, something came up. (Cancellation Policy)
Stuff happens. Things come up. We all know that. Here's the cancellation policy on the Bryce Retreat @ Ghost Ranch.
If you cancel . . . will you get a refund?
before March 15 yes, 90%
before April 15 yes, 50%*
After April 15 no, 0%*
(*note: if there is someone else to take your place, say, from a waiting list of people who want to go, then there _might_ be flexibility in terms of refunds. I cannot guarantee that, however. . . just letting you know what the general intention is.)
A Note About Saturday, May 23rd
If you've double-checked this schedule against your calendar, you may have noticed that the inital weekend of the Bryce Retreat @ Ghost Ranch is the Memorial Day Weekend. So why not show up on Saturday? Well, your intrepid staff will be here on Saturday the 23rd, setting up the computer lab.
You may come to Ghost Ranch a day early (arrival on Saturday 23rd); there's a nominal (~$50) fee for that day's room and board in addition to the normal costs for the week. When it comes to keeping yourself entertained; you're on your own.
If you show up to the lab area and volunteer to help out, you will be gladly (enthusiastically, gregariously!) welcomed and put to work. If you want to show up early, you must let us know beforehand. Like way way way beforehand! (the signup form will help you notify us early!)
