Break out the champagne!
The best and brightest of technology journalism will be honored at the 11th Annual Computer Press Awards. The Eleventh Annual Awards recognizes the best works produced in 1995 in 26 categories ranging from the best Breaking News piece to the best CD-ROM Based Publication. A panel of veteran journalists have judged entries in each category for the following: creativity, presentation, clarity, significance to target audience, authority, timeliness, completeness, and overall fluidity.
Winners were announced on Wednesday, June 19th, 1996.

- Advanced How to Book: Systems

Judges’ Statement:
An excellent software how-to book should be much more than a thorough discussion of a software program or operating system. It should also be well-designed, make good use of typography and color illustrations, and it should have true literary merit. The KPT Bryce Book, by Susan Kitchens, is the complete package. It stood out among a field of strong competitors.
