Blade_VI: I read somewhere, (the manual, I think ) that bryce shoots rays out into the scene to determine the color of each pizer. I find that slightly...disconcerting.

Clem: If anyone thinks about creating tutorial on B$ for the rest of us please try to keep in mind that there are those of us who are left brained by necessity, not by choice

Dr. Mojo: Try building a fractal out of Voronoi Distance1 for clouds. There are such clouds in teh last new sky presets.
