Beartrap: they changed the contracts a month after we signed up - the downside is that we got a lousy selection of cable channels that we can't change without breaking the contract

Clem: Here's a question for the developers: Are there any resources I can tap into that will help me learn the ins and outs of B4 from a nonartistic point of view. I love the program but find it frustrating because the manual doesn't really "speak to me."
