That book has been completed. Finally. Whew!

And this website has gone un-updated long enough. Real World Bryce 4 went to press last week (28 Sept), and on Monday (Oct 2) the CD-ROM went to duplication. The book will be available at the end of this month, or beginning of next month (depends how long it takes to ship from printer to distributor to bookstores). If you’re going to Bryce Camp 2000 (Denver), it will be there!

I am soooooooo relieved to be at this stage. Thanks for your patience. The last year has been, well… I’m just glad it’s over. I still wanna clean my garage.

Next after a little R&R, some revamping of this website for more current book information.

About this site

Formerly “All Things Bryce” this site is home to the professional consulting business of Susan A. Kitchens, AuntiAlias & Associates.

What is AuntiAlias, anyhow?

AuntiAlias is a pun on the word antialias. In computer graphics, anti-aliasing is the process of adding what seems to be blurry in-between pixels to smooth the image so it won't appear so "jaggy." The pun came about in the early days of Bryce, the 3D landscape software. Bryce's final rendering pass is anti-aliasing. On the software's support boards, I'd sign my posts as "Auntie Alias." I thought, "Hey, I'll make that into a screen name!" The 10-character limit resulted in this spelling you see here: auntialias.
